Not long ago, I posted this where it could be seen in the PDF:

I accept the fact that it has been moved, but I can’t understand which rule I’ve infringed, so would the Mod who moved it kindly explain since that person didn’t put their name at the bottom so that I could PM them with this enquiry?

The reason for my question is that I congratulated Denis F similarly on his move to Site Admin, but to my knowledge that post wasn’t moved.

AFAIK, my post didn’t breach any written forum rules. :confused:
