I don’t know if it will be any help to newly licenced drivers, but I have just seen a TNT class 2 training vehicle so they must take newly licenced drivers.
Their website also says drivers wanted nationwide, i have written to them and they are keen to hear from me when i have finished training. They do do a sponsered training scheme i have heard, but they diddnt mention it in their letter. Although you are tied into working for them for about 3 years i think.

Alot of TNT work is carried out by contractors, so it may be worth finding out who is pulling for your local depot and give them a bell.
tnt have got a draw bar outfit in burton which they are using to train warehouse to wheels for there b&q contract.

If its the lot I am thinking of, they work out of an old military type site, I took a few rental units in there before xmas, & they always seemed a friendly decent bunch.
