Even if it did come out I would just say [zb] it, and carry on. It wouldn’t be the end of the world, and tbf I have made stuff that I don’t agree with there verbally clear in the past if I felt the need.

I love the way they take it all soooo serious to the point of chucking regular personal insults at me (even indirectly in one case ) to relieve their frustration.
Why would you display obvious ‘hate’ towards someone that you neither know or have met, …it beats me.
It just shows some type of lacking in their lives I reckon.
The furthest I go with it is looking upon some members who I don’t see eye to eye with in different degrees of annoyance,… and that’s it, end of.
Certainly not be a ‘‘Hater’’ as you say .
At the end of the day ‘The Haters’ are ONLY brought on by them disagreeing with a truck driver’s point of view on a internet forum, not life or death.
So basically…don’t bother your arse about them.

I find it incredible how anyone can get so worked up, I have actually had people pm me telling me how I am such an arrogant bastad and they are blocking me. FFS get a grip I am just a name of Uktramp on their screen. I wouldn’t purposely upset anyone or give personal insults but look at how Caveman 76 reacted to me yesterday. Jesus is this for real. I find it amusing at times but at other times I wonder if half of these are altogether there in their heads.

Some guys where I work want to spend every hour of the day at work and never take their full holiday entitlement.

Its not about the money with me, as I say I like holidays away and enjoy time off if I have anything to do. This weekend we are going to a friends tonight for a bbq then nothing else planned. Simple case of I become bored too quickly doing nothing. Maybe it is just the way I am but I do like my home and my wife but just not for too long. I think she is the same too, she likes me away (although I can’t see why)

I was really just replying specifically to big Griffin saying for some it was about debt; not every place has got the message about paying average holiday pay.
I get up 5.15 every day, weekends are not something dogs understand, so we get up the same time then . Actually been off since Wednesday, really quiet at work so sorted a bit more of the garden out, walks with the mutts, seen friends,caught up on some reading, never bored!
Sure if my wife found out I would rather have been at work than be at home or gone away with her for a few days she would really have something to say.

Got home Friday, didn’t run in Saturday, still got another two days off and weather couldn’t be better. Only problem is I still wake up at bloody 5am and consider 6am is a sleep in. I am having to be quiet around the house for about 3 hrs before the wife gets up, any one else get itchy feet with time off or is it just me that wants to get away Tuesday?
I hate long weekends. Because I work nights I try and keep my sleep pattern the same over the weekend. However, trying to keep it the same for three nights off is a bit tricky, I find myself being pulled back to a ‘normal’ daytime routine. Lucky for me, there’s a bank holiday shift going!!

Then drivers come on here bleeting about ■■■■ wages and working conditions. As usual their own worst enmies.

I worked four days in January, then I was off until the beginning of July. I’ve just done six weeks’ work and now I’m off until the end of September. To be honest, that’s more work than I actually want to do.
