It was actually New Balance at Flimby but Allonby is near enough. The two towns I was looking for are Workington and Maryport

take it you were parked up next to railway line ? if you are regular visitor to new balance I may have loaded/ unloaded you as I worked there for a while , mainly goods out (armstrongs yard) but sent to goods in to empty containers , goods in /out are both in armstrongs now one of my last jobs there was to paint the yellow lines for the new layout .
Sadly I’ve only been there a couple of times, both this year. I say sadly because I really enjoy the drive up from Sheffield, it also keeps me out of the way for the day.
was having a craic with one driver (large container ) asked where he was going next , " back to Liverpool , ive been told its a nice run through the lakes , as its a nice day I think I`ll give it a go "
