It’s the drivers fault, for too long we have let the industry screw us.
Far too many drivers have the “I am all right so stuff you attitude” Its starting to look like it’s going to turn round and bite them drivers on the arse! And they can’t say they were never warned.

Just had a look on their website and it says they are requiring drivers…
spoke to grampian (dropped fresh produce with them many a time) and apparently it’s live-haul they’re after… you guessed it - 2 years experience bangs head against wall
every time I ask how flexible they’re prepared to me, ask to leave my details anyway in case they have no choice but to move down the list - and how I’m supposed to get experience.
same response in different words each time - i.e. ‘not my problem/fault’'.

Have you had a look at Ghostofcains post about Corby Chilled, apparently theyre advertising for drivers, money is better than a lot ive seen people post on here, and as my job is 91.02 miles from my house im sure Grimsby to Newark isnt too bad

I’d have to get a car sharpish though - be a 'mare riding that every day, down that straight road, eyes peeled for speed cameras, the 1000cc motor playing with my mind, egging me on to do 2 and a half times the speed limit 
Our lot take on newly qualified drivers, and we’re advertising right now for full and part timers.
