Likewise If he provides a positive roadside test but then refuses to provide an evidential sample back at the station.
Likewise if he provides a “just a little bit over” evidential sample but declines the generous offer of providing a blood sample and having the evidential breath test result discarded.

There is of course the counter argument that a celebrity could be unfairly picked on, to be made an example of. So if a famous sportsman is guilty of an offence the sentence could be “upped” to deter others, etc.
Doubtless though, a rich person will have a well paid defense team and is unlikely to be persecuted unfairly!
