Although the pub car park’s not suitable for lorries (unless delivering), you can park in the layby about 100 yards past it and get a fairly good meal from the pub. Carveries are about £5 during weekdays (and nights) and about £7.50 weekends. Food served allday until 9pm roughly.
There’s an E-Coli van in the layby, although it’s irregular and only there 7 til 3ish-it was missing for about 3 weeks recently.
You can’t miss the layby even though it’s sheltered by trees and bushes-CM Downtons are always trailer swapping there!
