The isotrak is more to track the load for the customers time delivery not to track you.
You get a 3 store delivery after the first store you’ll always be running late can be up to 2 hours they don’t contact you about it cause they know the score.

Dont think your figures are right mate, if you do 60 hours a week, you will be earning a lot more than 31k, a lot more. That’s based on a day hourly rate as well.I think you like them too much and can’t admit that you have been brain washed. Yers ago everyone wanted to work for them but now when they dropped wages everyone will avoid them, at least newly qualified drivers can get some experience

Regarding fleetboard. When I went bellow 93 I was straight away in the office and warned if I carry on like that for longer I might lose my job!.
I just tell it as it is mate, no brainwashing goin on here, I’ll let you do the maths regarding the money, it ain’t rocket science. but I’ll guarantee you it’s a lot more than 31k for 60 hour weeks

I deliver in there and the stories that you hear!!! They’re losing massive amounts of drivers every week. The promise the earth, work the drivers like dogs and then they get their first pay cheque and leave. I was told they don’t pay London waiting when all the other firms in the area do and blokes just pack up after a few weeks.

Isotrak is there to track you as well as the load/equipment/stock hence it being interactive, If it was meant to track the load only then the driver wouldn’t have a module in the cab & get so much zb for even sneezing on the job. Tesco is own account, who is their customer, the stores? What a stupid outfit, need your head examining working for that lot…

a friend of mine works there and you never see him as he now has no social life and is always working, hours are to the limit every week. tescos forget it.

Stobarts and tesco must be the 2 companies who get the most stick on this site, and the vast majority of it is from people who’ve never worked for either company. I’ve never worked for stobarts so can’t knock them, I work for tesco and can’t see all these things that a few people say about them. I’ve been told on here that I love tesco too much If I had a problem with tesco, I certainly ain’t about to bring it on here as they are my employer and I don’t fancy losing my job as we all know a lot of employers come on here to see what’s being said about their company.

This is your problem Selby, you are biased towards your employer because you’ve got the blinkers on & you’re scared to speak up as you’ve just admitted. Sometimes people in the outside see things differently & see things that you can’t see, not such a bad thing…
Tesco ■■■■■■ a lot of people off that’s why they’re spoken about a lot on here. They treat everyone from suppliers to contractors, customers & staff like zb, why are you the exception I wonder?
