Yes … Provided you get a green card first. In other words you are a US legal resident or you are married to a US citizen and are the recipient of a CDL A licence (HGV 1 isn’t worth a toss here).
Can anyone tell me if once you star working for a company as a long haul trucker on a TWP if you can change company if offered a better job■■? Obviously a new TWP would have to be obtained. Thanks.
The new company would need an LMO
Thanks Newmercman, so as long as the new company has an LMO there should be no problem moving?
If you’re on the PNP you can move around easier, you just need to change your permit, but if you’re not, then the company will need an LMO. They are changing the rules every 5mins, but I know a lad who did it very recently and that’s all he needed
He picked a very disliked name
Any clue to which company that was Pat?
