Truck drivers are known to have a big belly and Tattoo’s. Is this only a preconception of a truck driver?

Since coming back into driving I have found my belly has expanding, not through drink or eating but through working nights. The matvolism in working unsociable hours does not work very well for you.
You need an extra option so those with both can vote. 
You should have had a box to vote on for those of us with tattoos AND big bellies

I have one tattoo on my right arm from a drunken day out in bridlington when i was in the army, And i will be having my daughters name put on my left arm as soon as shes born (6 weeks)

I’ve no piercings or big belly! Bit of an arse, right enough, but no belly.
Your arse is nothing Dapper…mine, however, is legendary. It is said that there are power surges wherever I go as the sun get’s blocked out when I try and leave my cab. 
I have tats, several of, some a LOT bigger than others. I think my belly’s big too (hence I’ve answered the both option on the poll), but I guess that’s only in female terms rather than trucking ones…

i have a tattoo on each arm… one which started out as a memory to my first wife…then had to get it changed when we split up…how many have done that …no 2 didnt appreciate it anyway…
the second is a hells angel tattoo on the other arm which happened when i was younger and into motor biking…
i cant stand those guys who are heavily tattood…spider webs on the elbow…cut here on the kneck…plonker on the forehead etc…well you know what i mean…long greasy hair…pony tail…get the picture…not my cuppa tea…look like trouble waiting to happen…but thats just my opinion…
Big belly same as you uktruckie - nights and meal times all to pot. Tried drinking loads of beer at the weekend to try and wash some of it away, but it doesn’t seem to work
No ink though - don’t like the idea of needles My lad’s diabetic, so I see enough of them already

I blame it on being ex forces though, loads of ex forces become drivers when they leave and due to the change in their working environment it causes weight gain…Well that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it
