A minor problem arose recently with this company but due to their VERY POOR customer service things have escalated to the point where we felt it would be better to change providers (been some technical issues too lately). To do this we need the Migration Authorisation Code which they are not entitled to withold under any circumstances. They have refused point blank to provide this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bollox! I thought I’d had a result today when they said they’d e-mail the MAC within 3 days! I see from Carphone Warehouses website ( Talk Talk owners) today they’ve aquired AOL! More trouble for somebody!
