Hi I have been away from any driving involving tacho for a while and plus due to not enough experience using them I have a question.
Does 15 mins or more tacho break counts towards the wtd of 60 hours per week max?
So for example;
Monday 6am start 6pm finish - 45 mins tacho
Tuesday 6am start 6pm finish - 45 mins tacho
Wednesday 6am start 6pm finish - 45 mins tacho
Thursday 6am start 6pm finish - 45 mins tacho
Friday 6am start 6pm finish - 45 mins tacho
Saturday REST DAY
Sunday REST DAY
Does it work out as 60 hours work Monday midnight to Sunday midnight
Or
Does it work out as 56 hours and 15 minutes work Monday midnight to Sunday midnight
Thanks

It works out at 56 hours and 15 minutes working time.
As said, breaks and POA do not count towards working time.
