Example:
1st week: Monday - Saturday work, Sunday - rest (reduced)
2nd week: Monday - Wednesday work, Thursday - Friday rest (45 hours), Saturday - work, Sunday - rest (reduced)
3rd week: Monday - Thursday work, Friday - Sunday rest
Is it clear? No infringement 2nd and 3rd weeks?

It looks good to me 
You don’t say how many hours rest are taken but the compensation for the reduced weekly rest in week 1 will almost certainly be paid back with the rest taken in week 3 if not week 2.

To be clear:
1st week: Sunday rest (reduced 40 hours)
2nd week: Thursday - Friday rest (63 hours), Sunday rest (40 hours)
3rd week: Friday - Sunday rest (90 hours)

As that 90 hours included sunday midnight then it can be used as a regular weekly rest for both weeks 3 and 4
