Can you start 2 shifts in the same day
IE start 0300 finish midday 9hour break start again 2200. I’m in Poland now apparently they take a dim view of that

BTW my previous indescrition cost 460pounds just as well 3 days later stopped by Frenchministry a Spanish border
You can do that here but not upto speed on what they do in Poland.

There’s certainly nothing illegal in that as far as the regulations are concerned and you definitely will not get into trouble for doing that in the UK.
Sorry but I can’t answer for what they do in Poland as I’ve never been there, but as an EU country they are supposed to be working to the same regulations as the UK.
When I was on euro you start sunday day shift nights mid week back on day shift end of week nothing illegal in it so long as break are right stop abroad had no problems
