This morning when i downloaded my card it came up on the screen that i had been removed from tachomaster as i had left and did they want to readd me.
Whilst it was a temporary position till after christmas and the work volume died about the 7th of dec it is a little odd that they are booking me in for shifts when the tacho master thinks i have left…
how does this fit with the insurance if an accident should occur.
I don’t think being removed from Tachomaster will have any affect on the insurance.
Having said that, it’s not going to hurt to ask the TM about being taken off Tachomaster, it could be a mistake

Tachomaster is a tachograph analysis company.
Their software analyses driver cards and VU data.
Lots of companies and drivers use them.

Drivers get removed and added to tachomaster all the time. Nothing at all to do with insurance just hours and regs and infringements.
