Hi.
Just a quick question.
Is my employer/operator required to get the drivers tachos analysed?
Is it a legal requirement?

He can analysis them himself, he doesn’t have to get a company to do it. It’s the operators responsibility to check compliance with driver’s hours regulations and as long as he is doing that by checking tachos then it’s all good.
