Sunflower.

Anyone seen that sunflower, seemingly growing out of a crack in the concrete at the side of the road?

A1 southbound near Newark. South of the A17/A46 junction but before you get as far as Balderton. It’s under a bridge by the central reservation close to where that Lightning jet used to be.

Looks like a competition winner!

saw one lonely growing in the middle of A14, cant remember the location. looks cool tho

I’ve seen tomatoes, in fruit as well in loads of laybys, people chucking their blt butties away.
likely the same with the sunflower seeds being chucked.
