Judging by the amount of subbies I see pulling Fowler Welch, Freshlinc et al I think the fridge boys will be your best bet. No idea of rates though.
As mentioned … Freshlincski / Fowler Welch … also Gist / Robsons aka Culina all use subbies. I think a lot of the work is “day rate” … also helps if you can run the truck 7 days / per week … you could then get on a “regular run”
