knew there was hardly any parking at Knutsford 
Aint quite “proper” just yet, getting there slowly though. Only been in the game a couple of years and never actually been into knutsford as I think the signs back up the road say it’s non HGV, only wanted a coffee and a half hour. Only been tramping a few months so still slowly picking up the veins of our great(?) country.
Lesson learned though, knutsford services, not so great! And Eddie stobart spotters are a pain in the arse too!

I see trucks parked for the night on the h/s from exit s/b how do they stand legally?
Quite clever, get away from cameras the motorway is well sectioned off so very safe and no cost but still looks like a h/s?
I have looked at them a few times and thought about joining them but always ■■■■■ it and go down the M50 for the night.

The new shower block on the n/b side is spot on,cracking showers.
I missed that one! 
I was in Strensham n/ b a few weeks ago & can only recall the usual showers in the ladies , which weren’t up to much when I last saw them.
Pop into W H smiths leave a £5 get a swipe card for the shower block,new and clean not been open long.walk past the showers first bit of the block paved area from the truck park.
Was in there before. Some very dodgy parking going on. Drivers were coming in and doing a double take at what they had to do to park. I reversed my trailer into the flooded area for my 45 as I didn’t want to get blocked in. Had a better look today and some spaces are not fit for purpose as anything on either side of you would block you in.

I guess like most motorway service areas they’re catering for those who bring in the most revenue, and its not truck drivers.
It isn’t ■■■■■■■ caravans either…they park like ■■■■■, nip in to use the toilets then go and sit in/by their wobble box making their own tea etc…
If it aint BMW drivers you lot are slaggin off it’s lawful caravan users so I feel doubly offended as I pull my wobble box with a BMW

Because it won’t get returned will it !! Stick a fiver deposit on it people tend to remember better.

Ahh , I hadn’t thought of that !! so I assume you dont get the full £ 5 back, so how much is a shower costing there now?

You get it all back…iirc last time I stopped there, you just handed your keys over. Or if the outer doors open as you pass, just sneak in 
Always use the showers on my way back from south wales.
Then park in worcester. 
I was in here last week and thought " ■■■■ me what have they done?!" They’ve took away about half of a very busy truck parking area at any time of the day so they can put about 15 caravan bays in and restructured all the parking area.
What a ■■■■■■■ shambles trucks are now parked facing north, south, east and west bays in positions where you can’t get in or out depending what’s parked near them, and cars speeding through the HGV parking as they don’t know where they’re going due to the changes to the layout.
I can’t wait until the summer watching the wobble boxes trying to reverse out of their bays and all the trucks and caravans all stacked up onto the M5 waiting for Maude to direct Granville out of the bay with her dodgy hand gestures and sayings like, " left a bit Granville, right a touch, no forward, MOVE FORWARD, GRANVILLE MOVE BLEEDING FORWARD!" 
and him shouting back, " I CANT ■■■■■■■ HERE YOU, YOU SEENILE OLD COW!" 
Dropped in there about 3.00 a.m. to grab a drink two weeks on the trot. What a mess. The lady in the shop said they were trying to get more coaches in. Glad I don’t have to do nights out. Looks more like a truck “pen” than a truck park.
