Can anybody recommend a decent parking place, around Stockholm, preferably with a working shower, as the shower at eurostop Arlanda has been broken for the past couple of months.
I always used to park at the Silja Line terminal and use their facilities, been a while since I’ve been around that way though.
the silja/tallink terminal is undergoing massive reconstruction so the only place to park around there is at the end of frihamnsgatan, from what I’ve heard there’s a toilet there as well but definitely no shower. otherwise I really don’t know any decent places in stockholm…
Silja tallink is a big no no if dont have to,ist Mayham down there.trucks parked for night at the street and construction work al night.
But how about the Vikingline terminal on the other side of town in stadsgårdsterminalen,they had toilet and shower before but i havent been there for years. On the plus side from there Its just walking distance to some nice pubs 
Ohter then that Stockholm is not lorry friendly…

don’t think the viking line terminal is much better, just a couple of parking spots and those are taken by trucks waiting for trailers off the ferry

You could try asking on the Tour Trucks thread in the picture forum. Those Rock and Roll chaps go every where and are usually in the major cities for a few days, they may be able to give you some pointers. 
don’t think you’ll have any luck trying to park in the ericsson globe

got all week , plus a 45 @ the weekend to do in Stockholm, so am hopeful of finding a shower somewhere!

You have a shower at the volvo workshop 3-5 drive from eurostop. I promise that you can borrow the shower there. The manager is a friend and we park our trucks there.
