I have boiled stinging nettles regularly eating them as a sourse of iron, great alternative to cabbage :smiley:

Yes. When i was a Child used our Farmers Young Sting Nettle like Spinat. They had more Places and cut them when they got old so new one came out again,and so there were every Sunday from early Spring till late Autumn Spinat with Sunday Roast.
