Good afternoon.
Does anyone have any information from a drivers perspective on the above company. Pay rates, conditions, etc.
Thank you

They are called “Staplehurst Transits” because they started out running Ford Transit vans. Well, so I was told anyway.
Not sure if this helps?
They like nighting out or should I say daying out in lay bys on the A1south of Newark
See them going through Maidstone about 9.30pm each night, they get a move on and seem to be good drivers, bit like the petrol tank drivers they can hussle.
Went for interview a couple of years ago, all went fine until we got round to money then got told they pay trip money, no thanks
I did get told some of their drivers were on 42k and immediately thought yeah, your favourites maybe

No salary or hourly rate, an agreed amount for each trip you do, amounts usually vary on distance and how many drops or collections are involved encourages the driver not to hang the job out

And the bosses favourites get the best work and so earn the most money, been there, done that and wouldn’t recommend it.
