Can anyone help.
Im looking for an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate (Manual input), drivers Hours, Mileage, Wages and Fuel.

I use a spreadsheet for calculating driving hours which gives me a report like shown in this image
It has all I need to know in terms of daily and weekly rests, weekly and fortnightly totals for duty and driving hours
I guess it could be modified to include your mileage and fuel, but wages would be more complicated due to the varying rates for days/nights/weekends, let me know if you’d want these changes to be made
I’ve made it available to the public on Google docs, but it means it’s possible for several people to have it open at the same time, so if it will let you, I’d suggest going to File → Make a copy…, so you’ve got your own personal file, rather than using the one that anyone can make changes to
This link should let you open the file for editing without having to log into Google docs

There are 2 tabs at the bottom of the screen for the 2 sheets in the spreadsheet, one is for entering your duty details, the other is the report
The report page is defaulted to have the current day in the middle week, but changing the date in the top right of the page will let you view other weeks, for example if you’ve entered details for future work, the date is the only thing that should be changed on the report page

You can delete all work in the “ENTER WORK DETAILS HERE” sheet if you wish, and enter your own duties, you are free to change whatever you like in this file, it’s a public file so is editable by anyone, there are plenty of backups, so don’t feel worried about breaking it
Would appreciate any feedback from any driver that has been looking for a system to do the calculations this file provides

nice, this looks like something i will be able to make use of too. i’ve been searching online for something to make my life easier, glad i’ve stumbled across this.
it’s been doing my head in trying to work out allmy hours manually. i’m gonna have a proper look at it tomorrow.
If your looking for something to calculate wages and you have an Android phone there is an app available called time recorder. It allows you to set day rates or hourly rates for different clients and export reports and automatic backups. It’s a very useful app to have.

I’ve found an online site called “mydrivinghours”. Just enter on a web based site your daily information and it works it out for you!!!
