Newish member on here although been browsing site for a while , going back on the road long distance after just under 2 years shunting on docks so have been busy reading up on rules and regs again just after some help /info regards length of daily duty/spreadover cant seem to find much in my documentaion regards this am I right in thinking its still max 3 x15 hrs then remaing 13hrs would appreciate info from some of you wise owls thanks.
yep you’ve got it right 3x15 then 13s but if you have a continuous break of over 3 hours thats classed as a split daily rest so you can do another 15.

I don’t like to over exert myself, but 58 hours over 4 days is about average I think.
That’s obvious, you had a good two hours more you could have used.
