Hello, I am coming to Canada next month and have just picked up a speeding ticket in my car in the UK, first in 30 years!! My question is will they follow it up if I’m in Canada?
It appears that during a search on you by the Canadian authorities it turned up some disturbing facts
That in 1963 you did drive at 78 mph in a Commer TS3 and that you may be handling stolen goods as it was noted that you had some ratchet straps for sale.
Namely 3 x 11m x 1.5 cargo straps.
It was also discovered that you have an alias on another web forum.
Application Denied
Wheel Nut , that’s funny, but my Dad drove a TS3 at 70 plus and the straps were my own, bought and paid for, ha ha. Alias on another site, guilty officer, take me down.
dieseldog6 Nothing ventured ,nothing gained but it may pay you to keep your UK brief up to date. So pay up & look big.
I know Harry, the only thing I’m worried about is I leave in just under 3 weeks and i don’t want to risk my licence not being back in time, I am leaving the money with my Brother to pay it, but i’ll just have to see what they say.
