Scotland speed limits may increase for HGV in the near future. Car speed limits could go down.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a blanket national speed limit of 50 mph on all roads including motorways.Over 50% of car and truck drivers are already driving way under that speed for whatever reason.
Won’t be long before we’re back to the bloke with the red flag walking in front… 
No need with the constant stream of 35 mph rolling road blocks infesting every single carriageway NSL morning noon and night.Either a car or often trucks causing it.
