I have today been issued with a truck 7.5ton isuzu recovery lorry
the sticker on the window says limiter fitted set to 90KMH etc
on driving on the motorway waiting for the limiter to kick in and it never did easily passing 100 / 110 KMh
what is the legal situation regarding limiters is it illegal to drive with a not working / disconnected limiter?

Its a 51plate 1st registered 1.1.02
yea itll have no limiter, would just watch your speed obviously so less rapit
But it has a sticker to say it is fitted with a limiter, does this mean it has to be working?

Find out if it has one fitted fella…because anything over 3.5 ton is not allowed in the outside lane if a limiter is fitted!!!
