Which means nothing, if they need the money, they need the money, it doesn’t grow on trees.
Until they cut back on the wastefull spending (EU, benefits, immigrants, wars etc), then they’ll need to keep collecting off us. At least with fuel, most people who don’t work still run a vehicle, so it’s not JUST us paying, whereas the income tax increase will be just us, leaving the none-contributary part of society to be even better off.
