Went into the newsagent at the services northbound this afternoon and noticed that they now sell alcohol,I’ve never seen that before at any of the motorway services,the girl said it being trialed in several motorway services. Had to laugh when she told me the southbound services had been subjected to a lot of shoplifting this morning they blagged the beer and cider. Not a good start for the trial run. Anyone heard of being sold at other motorway services?

Don’t think it will hit off though, they will be charging way over the top for it.
Didn’t look at the price and I didn’t notice any spirits,think it was just lager and cider,could be wrong though.
Lymm sell it as well and I hear a pub is to open in beacons field.

Ah that’s why I’ve never noticed as I can’t afford to shop at M&S on the MSA’s on my salary lol 
its in many services thankfully. nothing has hatefull as driving down the motorway on a hot day and u cant find anywhere to buy a 6 pk of beer.now that some service r selling the stuff is handly there for me. it helps make the trip more comforable.
