hi bernie, i liked that bedford i used to run metal box neath to heinz in harlesden london then back empty,she was a good puller with 20 ton of can ends :smiley: :smiley:

i used to drive one of these for brs in the late 70s early 80s i used to sabotage my aec mercury just so i could have a sleeper cab and a proper bit of grunt under my foot mad i have semi retired thses days from s&k ,previously worked for john raymond ,rhys davies ,capper&co spar,scottish newcastle breweries&western brs out of ferry road

Hi all, iirc Glamorgan Upholstry was a spin off from Christie Tyler or one of the many upholstery outfits operating in the 80’s.
A couple of ex managers got together and set up shop.

Well well well, Terry BRS aka Butch, lovely to see you on here. You mentioned the Richmond legion, do you remember marias cafe then over to the baths for a bath? Pete the attendant, gay boy, smashing chap who always gave us cup of tea under the door. A couple of pints in the club then up to Orange tree pub [ I think thats what it was called 25 30 years ago]
