Andrew what a fantastic reformation from boring white to a fantastic looking Scania you always come up trumps mate :smiley: :smiley: will that be working or show truck the air tanks are in a funny place between the axles

The last time I saw one of their artics was at Blagdens in Trafford Park, There was Stiller Transport delivering there also I think they were bringing steel plate & coils from Caldicot in South Wales, Of course that was about 8 years ago, Regards Larry.

It all started when Cardiff bought blue line which became carline then stillers bought them out the steel for Trafford park was from Caldicot

As far as I am aware,stiller continue to haul steel out of caldicot.i know one of their Monmouth drivers.here is another courtesy of the Cardiff transport Facebook page :sunglasses: .

that Strato G367RLG is an ex Summers Shotton unit . i believe chepstowchap has a picture of iton dinmore hill some where else on Trucknet thank you Trevor .

Hi mate merlins was based in port talbot, llanwern, and shotton they used to run between all the steel plants they also based in Birmingham

That’s right I done a few changeovers up there on nights when not shunting in port talbot

one here courtesy of andy macgregor on facebook,not too sure? what has happened ?,the steer axles look a bit out of sync :laughing: :laughing: protheroe’s were a very well established haulier,they finished around 1984/5.
