Most likely vehicle checks were not done properly and there is no way on hell you would not feel that while driving and even seeing it in your mirrors, let alone driver honking their horns at you.
Also likely the attitude of ■■■■ it I’ll just carry on instead of stopping and calling it in.
According to one of the comments he’s just down the road from his yard and may be trying to get back there…but no excuse really
Going back to the yard no matter what
