Tacho evidence plus CCTV and eye witnesses reports have cleared the driver of excessive speed, all down to sudden load shift… This is what has been reported today at work… Still can’t figure it out myself, if anything I expected it to be on drivers side.
So looks like driver has a reprieve from getting the boot 
, not liked due to attitude amongst many other things, and is as much use as a blank round in a fire fight
