We’ve all seen stupid…but…that is in another league.

The quantity, the smell, etc etc.

Oh well, have a ciggie break and sort it later.

Boat, Bring Out Another Thousand, he can afford it

I don’t get what happened ?.The pump obviously has the usual cut off even if like most countries except here it has the usual auto latch on the trigger.
I do remember a similar issue at one of our depots where the trigger and latch didn’t release and didn’t cut off while the driver was filling up, during a break and it overflowed across the yard into a neighbouring river.Lots of aggro from the authorities when it was reported to them.

The hint is in the YT title
Pumped 230 liters of fuel in his rod holder
Just an open hole in the gunwale.

im sure we have all made silly mistakes like forgetting to put the sump plug back and filling it with oil. but after two or three liters its very obvious something is wrong.

He obviously thought that a boat fuel tank filler is just left open to the weather and sea with no hatch cap to open.I can be forgiven for the confusion and misunderstanding.

You’re never short of an excuse, no matter how feeble, are you?

Depends if your definition of an excuse is going to sea in a boat with an open fuel tank filler.
