I reported some new fellows post for being offensive. Perhaps some of yours were removed as well 4aaaa4d, they were fine but they probly got thrown out with the other chaps.

I think the original idea of allowing 3 x 15 hr days a week and 2 x 10 hr drives was simply to allow a bit of wriggle room for the days when a normal planned 13 hr day goes ■■■■ up.
NOT designed to be planned in and used to the max every week.
I’ve never understood why you can only reduce your rest period 3 times.
Most people work a 5 day week, so most trampers are in the wagon 4 nights, why does 1 of them have to be 11hrs??
The max of 3 reduced daily rests between weekly rests - not per week - was probably due to some EU politician deciding that it was the safe limit
Perhaps this is partly why many companies operate a 4 on 4 off system
And the main part was, they like drivers thought 48 hours was gonna be just that, 4x12 hour shifts a week or any other combination of 48 hrs, 4 on 4 off was deemed to be the most efficient shift pattern.
But it isnt now!
