The point being that the reason he got a £60 fine off VOSA IS BECAUSE HE CHOSE TO DO SOMETHING THAT BROKE THE LAW AND GOT CAUGHT

one that impedes your vision down the the pavement? i got warned about them by vosa, told they were illegal so never put it back in, the law is the law, you dont get fined if you dont break it
