I have had this device for about eight years recently the speaker went a little wonky. Spoke to a really nice lady at there hq in Runcorn and about three weeks later sat nav is as good as new with new speaker and software updated I also think a new battery fitted for £25. Brilliant service.
could do with a name and contact details, mine could do with a tune up! lol
