Big enough for around 50 motors and costs £16. All new facilities. M6 junction 26 for M58, off at the first junction signposted Pimbo. Down to the island and follow the road to the entry slip road back onto the M58 but keep left to Pimbo Road. Bear to the left at Walkers Crisps and second right is Paddock Road.

called in @ 9.30 ish on Tuesday night , didn’t try the “facilities” but the café area was clean/new and the chicken salad and a cuppa was well worth the £3.90 (would probably have cost that for a coffee at a msa ). the only downside is the café shuts at 10pm . I have no idea regarding costs for parking etc but there was a security guard on duty.

Skelmersdale Truckstop are also on SNAP, so you can pay there using your reg if you’re one of our customers.

I have stayed twice now and can’t fault the place the showers and shower rooms are amazing staff are very friendly altho not friendly enough for a back scrub…yet;)
Nothing moves in the truck park without security knowing about it so security is spot on with patrols all night. Plus they now sell alcohol if you fancy a pint with your tea.
