with drugs ■■ Remember the Volvo she was driving being turned out by Customs a few times due to
that ! I seem to remember she did a bit for Ralph Davies at sometime ?
Hi Dean the bloke that Kate drove for while he did a bit of mail bag sewing was John Kent who had previously owned an F89 reg FJO 522S he sold that and bought an F12 which is the motor which Kate drove for him. Regards Noel

I remember Kate when I was at Ralph’s, early ninetys, she didn’t drive for him though as far as I know

I remember Kate when she was driving for someone who was locked up. I was told that if you had a blow out she would get stuck in and give you a hand to change the wheel just like a chap would. I vividly remember having a meal in St.Genis when she came and sat at our table, and all through the meal she would smoke in between mouthfuls of food. the last time I saw her was at the reunion about three years ago.

toby1234abc sorry I got you mixed up with Buzzer. You were right it was the same man. Gordy Knowlton took Anne Nichols to Portugal for the funeral and to bring the ashes back to UK, all went well till they got to the border at Irun and the Kermits wanted to know what they were carrying in the back of the car and delayed them for a while. typical of the French customs.Regards Geoff

I think that GBE Merc is a Litchfield one ( GBE Midlands ) as although Dorset registered thats not a GBE Poole trailer number , edit : looking at the photo again its a train trailer so could have been a GBE Portsmouth trailer.
