Will take an image of anything that triggers it. 50 mph or crawling to a stop a 2mph will be captured either way.
Having said that, the distinct lack of white lines in the Google map pictures shown leads me to think it’s quite possibly a dummy anyway. Don’t they have to put camera site warnings up, you know the old box brownie picture?
Don’t take my word as gospel, but I haven’t seen the lights on those cameras flash in either direction for years, day or night. I’ve seen plenty of people flying through on red, and I do keep an eye on the cameras to see if they’ll flash. I assume they were turned off years ago.
I use that road on most days.

You can be assured the camera in question is obsolete and hasn’t worked for years I pass it up to 4 times a day and have seen lots of cars/trucks/motorcycles go through on a red light and its never once flashed the cable matrix in the road was not replaced when the road was re surfaced several years ago.
They cost nothing to leave in place and have a good deterrent effect

They cost nothing to leave in place and have a good deterrent effect
You do 4 runs a day , bloody hell your lucky to get 2 out of most tesco drivers , you need to perfect the art of hiding inside ring fences !!
