We all know what wall planners are for and how VOSA love to see them but does anyone know of any decent software or spreadsheets available that would almost automate the service planning routine and more?
We have a spreadsheet system in place but to be honest it is no good.
We have over 100 vehicles and 300+ trailers so a robust system is needed.
Any ideas?

I’m interested in this as well. At the moment we are using a spreadsheet. It works but requires manual checking every week to keep on top.
Anyone that’s good with MS Office (or equivalents) should be able to knock up a bespoke package, with automated reports/summaries & scheduling whether for 6 weekly inspection, mot, loler, VED etc.
What do you need? I have a next door neighbour who is hell of a lot better than me with software and he’s just finished a project so is at a loose end.
