Security Tagged Cheese

Supermarkets put security tags on cheese blocks as stores tackle shoplifting amid soaring costs | The Independent

Anyone else thinking cost of living is maybe getting a little high… or just the management team that has decided to security tag cheese in Aldi’s
Next it’ll be security escorts for drivers in case of cheese-jacking …

no different to the meat in Asda all the steaks will set the alarm off if you don’t get the till to deactivate it.

I had to…

Have security tag removed from a £3.90 pack of disposable razors in Boots.

Seeing as shoplifting is only prosecuted over £100 in most cases, shops have started to protect their stock and investments.

Meat, cheese and throw away nappies are big business for full time lifters.

Look on the bright side
Supporters of Brexit (on that thread) are very clear that their Brexit pay rises will cover the price of cheese

Look on the brighter side, we can now buy and sell cheese in whatever packaging we see fit, same goes for many other foodstuffs. Next

Isn’t that one if those things where its an apparent benefit that we could have had all along anyway? Like the new blue made in France passport that we could have had/kept anyway?

Labelling is a nonsense anyway. Whatever is on the packet of cheese it doesn’t change the fact that its come from a cows ■■■■■■

The irony of blaming Trump when they supposedly voted for China Joe to run the show.
The truth is that the US economy is being hit by the same unaffordable ‘climate’ scam as anything but BREXIT Bozo and his EUSSR handlers are imposing on us.While France and Germany nicks our oil and gas as usual and we make China richer.

Or the fact that it’s effectively just a form of decayed rotting milk and it smells like it.
Ironically it’s not even worth nicking a packet of smoked salmon sandwiches because it’s impossible to find any that haven’t been adulterated with bleedin cheese.

It’s Summer hopefully at least as warm and dry as it can get to the one of 1976.
The Winter is cold, wet and long enough.

Blessed are the cheesemakers
