Do Benelux and some Germany, yard staff in Dover ok, traffic office staff in Harpenden a nightmare, bunch of snotty university educated hooray henrys who wouldn’t know one end of a truck from the other. I believe they only employ drivers who live within 30 miles of the yard.
There was only ever one decent bloke in the traffic office at Sealane, a bloke called Ashley. And he left, with no other job to go to, because everybody else in the traffic office made his life a misery because he used to be polite and friendly and respectful towards the drivers.
Sealane is the type of firm where, if you told them you absolutely had to be home on Friday evening because your new-born baby was having open-heart surgery and had a 90% chance of dying, if they only had one driver still out on Friday, you could bet the farm it would be you.

why would you be asking this when you should already be home in that situation 
It’s an exaggerated example but you get the idea.

i’m a subbie for them driving a real ol ■■■■■■■ 
from what there blokes say they are one of the best payers in the area. it’s 100% legal you have to live within 30 min of the yard
they have about 25 man’s under 5 yrs old.alot of their drivers are long serving men ( that speaks for itself) like everyone else they
want their pound of flesh. they don’t bite if you ring them
