Hiya,
I’ve seen this Leyland before but where I can’t think.
thanks harry, long retired.

That Leyland steer was new to London Carriers, has been around a bit since, and changed it clothes a few times

MIXED SELECTION

Mixed selection of cuttings

Trucknet is amazing, whilst I have more than a passing interest in trucks I’ve also researched my family tree and my great grandfather was indentured as an apprentice in 1869 with the company of “John Lumsden, Septimus Marsden & Charles Denton Holmes” as an engine fitter, I have a hand written letter from Charles D Holmes and co dated 30th December 1875 stating he had served his apprenticeship.

where did the original picture come from?

Bubbs, I’ve sent you a PM. Cheers! Robert

Some of my grandads lorries.

Having a wash !

I know that picture, I think it may be from the 93 Ralph Calendar

I saw this at Bloxham rally today, thought this might interest a few people. No fancy paintjob but something different and interesting to see. Possibly one of my favourites of the show.

A bit of badge engineering on the atki nathan . gardner 240 on the grill , but the headboard is close to the cab . dave
