If they were heading south over the river to get to Smithfield they were badly lost!
More likely a set up publicity shot. The North Devon boys were in Smithfield all the time so unlikely they were lost.

Williams bros Wales did alot of cattle and sheep to North devon meats , thank you Trevor .
