Scania fridge timer

Anybody know if theres a way to change the timer setting on a Scania R450 fridge? Every time you turn the engine off mine starts a 28hr countdown then switches off. Wondering if theres any way to change this as its very irritating that I cant leave things in there over the weekend, and as my cab was in for its MOT I was using the spare pool truck and noticed it had a 60hr countdown on its fridge instead, so figure there must be some way to change this.

Cant see any obvious button/switch on the fridge to change it, is it a combination of various button presses? Or something you need to plug in an OBD and fiddle with the software settings?

Cheers!

I am in a 540S and when i quiried it with the Scania mechanic he told me there was nothing I could do other than adjust the temperature which would give it a longer “on” time.

I set mine to 5C and it lasts 3-4 days. Best I could get. Proper annoying.

One of our other drivers has his set to the same but only gets 24h - 48hr before it switches back off. What the difference is I’ll never know.

Love the microwave though cause it does what it is supposed to, unlike the fridge!

Yeah mine is set to 5 too, I find anything lower and it starts freezing things if theyre touching the walls, quite often find my bottle of milk frozen in the mornings if I dont balance it ontop of something  Still find when I park it up on Friday, the fridge is warm and everything has gone funny by Monday though.

The microwave is indeed very good, it says its only 500W but it still heats things just as well and just as fast as a standard 7-800W one I find.
