I have to try something different this weekend.I heard some people say that cherry and drinks like that give them acid problems but heres a thing I discovered, these tablets they sell in sainsburys similar to nexium tablets but sainsburys own brand. If you take one a few hours before drinking,it stops any acid reflux,I dont know if it does you any good, but if you use them, try not to eat too much because your stomach cant digest it if it doesnt produce enough acid
A bottle of Dog, or Spitfire or Lancaster Bomber or Guinness if I fancy beer. Orchard View, or Rattlers if its cider. Maybe two if its hot. Sometimes a Captain Morgan’s. I don’t drink a lot because even that won’t be every week, more likely once a month. I just fall asleep if I have any more. If we go the pub I usually drive and it’ll be Old Mout alcohol free. Different thing when I was younger.

I reck if I had to endure a truck show I’d be having a severe skin full before it started, just to numb the boredom of having to walk around looking at endless rows of shiny tanks and ■■■■ Kelsa bars…yawn ■■■■ yawn…
But that’s just me.,.each to his own,…
But enjoy it, just kidding. .

I used to get serious hangovers when I was younger, but not so much now…
It also takes me longer nowadays to feel any effects, which is ok by me as I like a few drinks, on the social side of things, but have never actually ‘liked’ the feeling of being drunk tbh.
