Does anyone know of a sat nav system that incorporates London Lorry Control Scheme?

I found an article from 2013 that refers to a unit PNN430 that accepts direct PIE routing but cannot find anywhere to buy one.

I believe pie mapping are going to release an app any day of the routes of the London lorry control.The sat nav you are
looking for went bankrupt a few years ago .So no longer available.
