You obviously missed the bit referring to 48 hours pay, for 5 shifts, of 12.5 hours.Dont blame me if you don’t get the figures.
I clearly stated hub system trunking transhipment downtime as ( possibly ) explaining it.

No I did not miss the 48 hours bit. I suspect they can’t or won’t advertise the job as more than 48 hours week in week out due to the 26 week average needing to be that. In reality many jobs in this industry will see drivers doing 55+ hours.

However, there is still no mention of 9.5 hours work and 3 hours unpaid break in the OP or the job being a hub system job. You are the one who decided to introduce those simply so you could use it to have your usual whinge of how hard done to that you supposedly were.

I’d regard being put back on a proper direct trunk ( line haul ) run, after losing a disciplinary hearing, for refusal of hub warehouse transhipment duties, as opposed to being sacked, as a win.
Certainly not fitting the narrative that they were out to get rid of me.
