Hurlawcrook Road, East Kilbride.
Dont use post code you find on google or that is the wrong one, will take you up a country lane towards a golf course.
Its basically just off the Strathaven Road as you leave EK on the A726.
Going along the street to it, first on left is chill, continue up to mini roundabout for ambient.
If you’re delivering ambient be prepared to sit in a glorified broom cupboard

Do they still have that■■? Thought they’d have got something better than that by now.[emoji22]
Also if in the broom cupboard and a driver waddles in clenching his bum cheeks muttering about Delhi belly and that dodgy kebab last night, then go and sit outside whatever the weather. The reek of his skitter will waft right through the room.
Thanks for your help guys
If I insist on sitting in my cab, whilst being tipped, what is their response?
Just in case my boss is silly enough to ever send me to a place like that…

You sure it’s not on the right?
Yep, chill on the right. If you go up the expressway from the m74, when you get to the bit where the road splits , stay in left lane and then follow Carlisle signs and head for the big wind turbine, its in their yard.

They hand notes back with rts written on them
Don’t dare try to drive@ the ambient DC the 10metres from the bays to the security hut with your rear doors open on an EMPTY trailer,
its a fe_________cking crime against humanity you know
I’d suggest you steal the tv. There’s no remote for it, apparently. Not sure where I read that, might have been on one of the fifteen different notices they’ve put up to advertise the fact. Not that they’re bitter about it or anything.
Maybe they stopped cleaning the toilet as a protest?
And I might have just have had a bad day, but I swear all the stobart drivers that turned up after me were tipped and on their way well before I was.

Yep it the privalige of being a driver for the green machine
Treated terribly from the waiting room to the attitude of the security staff. I am a scotsman yet when I went to sainsbury stoke recently the attitude of everybody from the gate staff to the lady in traffic was spot on.East Kilbride could learn a thing or two.
i ran out of langlands for a few years loading daily for ireland and back, they had to use nfl to have the trip done in 1 shift as their own beancounters couldnt make it back even from belfast in a shift.the goods out were the most miserable, unhelpfull, marny lazy bunch of no hopers you could expect to meet in any rdc.as fas as the gatehouse staff were concerned, you would be as well as putting on a hi viz jacket on a cabbage.just the most miserable squad of unhelpfull ignorant gits.even when we were in the same place, same window same time every morning, they wouldnt give you the steam from their pish if there was an option for not doing so.if there was a splitter door hanging down because the helper spring was broken, then the entire staff with a pallet on a forktruck couldnt just lift it up onto the latch,so they would reject it…phone nfl who would in turn phone me to have to take it off a bay, lift the thing myself with no help from them, and put it back on the bay.just typical awkward gits and another place id love to see close down with mass job losses.

I thought they were renowned for their ability to keep you there for hours.
I got a drop there once, carrying a load for another company, rang our place to mention it, and they sent out another driver to take my trailer, as I’d only got six hours left on my shift.
